your site
being shown to others. To use the exchanges you either have
to login and use the link in the membership area or use the link given
to you to load into your browser. Depending on the exchange you click
on a number, picture or word to collect credit for viewing a site after
a allotted time of 10 to 30 seconds. You will have to view 1
to 3 sites for your site to be shown which depend on credits earn,
level of your membership and if you have referred others. You
can increase the amount your site is view by buying credit or
upgrading your membership if you have the money. Make sure
you know how the exchange allocates the credit to your site so it will be
shown. Most have a way to allocate credits automatic but has
to be set up first, some you have to manually add ever time before you surf. To receive the best results from traffic
exchange you should use a multi tab browser. I highly recommend Firefox
for security and performance. Depending on your internet
connection your can run 10 (dialup) to 20 tabs. To
set up Firefox for multi exchanges you load the first link for your
login page or surf link in the first tab, then go to File menu and
select new tab and load the next exchange. Do this for 10 to
20 tabs, then go to Bookmarks and select bookmark all
tabs.
This will bring a little window where you name a folder like Hits1 or
Surf1 and where to store the folder. Now to surf
this group of traffic exchanges go to your bookmarks and locate the
folder where you saved them like Hits1. Once at the folder
you will see all the exchanges in that folder and at the bottom of the
list you will see (Open all in tabs) then just click and they
all open. You should try using 30 to 60 exchanges which you can break
into three groups. This way you are surfing a different group
from day to day getting the best all around exposure. NOTE:
If you get the new or upgrade to Firefox 2+ you will find that you can
only view about only 8 tabs at one time even that they all
loaded. I have found Firefox Add-ons that solve this problem.
Faviconize Tab which let you make the tabs smaller like a
icon. It has option of how you control this add-on, you can
find it here: https://addons.mozilla.org/firefox/3780/
TIP: You should always use a
link rotator if the traffic exchange allow it. A link rotator
is where you can load multi sites so a different site will be show
every time the link is loaded. That way if you need to change
the link you are promoting, you only have to change the link in the
rotator not all 30+ traffic exchanges. I have found a good
free rotator call
Hitspinner. You should reframe from
promoting more than 3 sites as this will dilute you credits and reduce
your site being shown.
